Alpha Partners Need Sex

In this episode of Shades of Intimacy, Jason and Jennie had a no sex weekend, and it drained them of their power the rest of the week. Having amazing powerful sex is worth taking the time to carve out space in your calendar to make that happen. Couples need that connection with other to create greater capacity and ease of function. Get vulnerable and lower your shields to expose your original power source.

Letting It Go

In this episode of Shades of Intimacy, Jason and Jennie are revisiting a time when they had to get good at letting go. Standing in the way of your partner’s growth can lead to unhappiness in your relationship. Loving them through their journey and allowing them the freedom to go through the motion cements the fact that they want to be there. Create a relationship where your partner chooses you every day.

It’s All in the Consistency

In this episode of Shades of Intimacy, each morning Jason and Jennie have a routine, and when something gets in the way of their consistency, it sabotages their whole day. Through consistency you gain power in your day; when one partner disturbs the consistency, it can feel untrustable. Consistency and competency will get you far in your business and your home; it is the base level of a relationship. Within that consistency in your relationship, you need to be creative to stay connected, or you can grow stale. Consistency is not something that comes naturally, on autopilot; you must work at it every day.

A Call To Adventure

In this episode of Shades of Intimacy, Jason has his friend Wade Lake in the studio with him to talk about the call to adventure. Having the adventure to break up the mundane in your life is always rejuvenating, selling everything you own and hugely shift your life is a game changer. Generational behaviors can be frightening and can either cause further damage to your life or drive you to a place of change and growth. Be willing to listen to the voice and chase adventure; it will keep you alive and vibrant.

Releasing Trauma

While on a walk, Jennie shared with Jason a story of her taking the hill and releasing old trauma. Pushing through areas in our lives that we bury deep into the pit, will break through sideways in your life when you least expect it. Allowing your masculine and feminine to equally hold space in your life will deliver to your power and fullness. If you aren’t holding yourself in high regard, how are you doing that for anyone around you?
